30-Day Return Policy

At Hitch-Rack Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • Must include all original components and hardware

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or installed products

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Custom or modified items

  • Products returned without original packaging


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@hitchrackpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide shipping instructions.

  3. Package the item securely, mark the RA number on the outside, and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
