At Hitch-Rack Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hitchrackpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide shipping instructions.

Package the item securely, mark the RA number on the outside, and ship it to the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
