Heavy hitch racks can be difficult to move, lift and line up with your vehicle's receiver. The patent-pending Rack Lift was designed to make the entire process easier—from storage to installation.

Instead of carrying and wrestling with a heavy rack, secure it to the Rack Lift and let the lift support the weight. Roll the rack to your vehicle, adjust it to the proper hitch height, and guide it into the receiver.

Move It. Lift It. Connect It.

MOVE IT — Heavy-duty casters let you roll your rack around the garage and out to your vehicle instead of carrying it.

LIFT IT — Use the hand crank to raise or lower the rack until the hitch tube aligns with your vehicle's receiver.

CONNECT IT — Once aligned, guide the rack into the vehicle's receiver and complete the connection.

And When the Trip Is Over? Store It.

The Rack Lift also gives your hitch rack a dedicated place to sit when it's off your vehicle. Roll it into your garage or storage area and leave the rack supported on the lift until you're ready to use it again.

No. The Rack Lift is designed to Store, Move, Lift to help you connect your ebike rack to your vehicle.
Currently our products are made in China. We chose this becuase of the availability of manufactures. When considering manufacturing in the United States, we had to consider costs. We asked our selves if people would spend 400% more for a product knoiwing it was made in the U.S.A. And although some people can afford it and would be happy to support American labor, the fact is, many people can not. So for now, we have opted for overseas manufacturing.
The Rack Lift is 50 pounds.
Well budget is relative to the individual. Some people see the value in managing their heavy ebike racks and feel it's a must have tool. But we understand others may not have the budget for it. Its why we have partnered with Affirm to offer you 0% interest. We are paying the interst for you, so you simply have to make payments on the sales price. As for costs that go into the Rack Lift, its mostly all steel construction so that adds costs and weight. Shipping from the factory to the warehouse, then on to the customer the fees really add up. Then there are taxes, customer service, insurance and other operating costs. Its not cheap running a business. Still we think our products have great value.
Not without some modifications. The shank would be so narrow inside the open top reciever that it would fall to one side or the other. If there is enough interest we can make an accessory item that will securely hold it. Just let customer service know at support@hitchrackpro.com

The Rack Lift is designed to store, move, lift and help connect your ebike rack. Just attack your rack to the open top receiver on the Rack Lift and when you want to attach it to your car, roll it out, use the crank to lift it up so the shank is aligned with your car receiver, then slide it in. Remove the pin, lower the Rack Lift and move it out of the way. Continue connecting your rack to your vehicle according to your rack manufacturer instructions.
Most, but we have not tested all of them. As long as the rack weighs less than 125 pounds and is flat on the bottom, it should sit on the Rack Lift with no problem.
Your vehicle hitch receiver needs to be between 10-18 inches from the center to the ground. If its more or less, you will need to first attach a hitch riser to raise it, or flip it upside down to lower it.
