Hitch-Rack Pro – 1-Year Limited Warranty

At Hitch-Rack Pro, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase for all of our hitch rack products.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, including:

  • Structural integrity of the Rack Lift frame

  • Welding defects

  • Manufacturing flaws in hardware or components

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, rust, fading)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, overloading, or accidents

  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines

  • Modification or unauthorized repairs

  • Use with incompatible vehicles or accessories

Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact us at [support@hitchrackpro.com] with your original proof of purchase and photos or video of the issue.

  2. We will evaluate the claim and may request additional details.

  3. If approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. 

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only. Hitch-Rack Pro shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, including but not limited to vehicle damage or personal injury.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
