eTrike Hitch Rack - SD 32-65

The good thing is it’s one of the few racks that will fit my etrike.

The bad:
-It arrived bent and I had to straighten the rails on the side with the ramp to get the ramp to unfold and be able to install the connector plate.
-Some of the bolts for the connector plates snapped so I have to buy my own.
-The ramp will not fold down with the support brackets in place.
-The lights only work for on and off. I can not get turn signals or break lights to work regardless of how I have them plugged in. That includes trying the 7-pin adapter.

For $800 I expected better hardware and packaging. And for the lights to actually function.

Our customer picked up the rack and trike. The trike was easy to load. They are an older couple giving them an easy way to load up and enjoy traveling.

Very pleased with my purchase of the 32–65 trike carrier by Hitch Rack Pro. Our Tiniover River e-trike fits on the carrier perfectly. The carrier is stable, solid and secure. And it’s versatile; you can use it to carry a wide variety of things when you’re not carting trikes around. No complaints !

Just right for a 70-year-old because the rack has a ramp to role your trike up on it. It’s big enough to carry a bike too, I think. Very stable and safe with great tie-down straps. Take your ETrike to the NWA trails and experience convenience.

Only had mine one week and it works fine, but it’s been rained on one time and the welds are already showing signs of rust. My guess is that it wasn’t primed and the paint is not rust resistant. For the price I paid you would think that I’m not going to have to repaint it the first month to stop the rust.

I am a 74 year old man who has reconnected with the joy of biking. However balance issues has lead me to the Triker. I ride mostly in my community, but have some great rail trails not far from home. I knew I needed some sort of special hitch rack to get there. I researched all available options and found there were few. Then I was watching Richard showing his new rack SD32-65. It had a ramp built right on as well as an available transporter to move the rack and a handy crank to bring the rack to the right height to attach to the 2” hitch on my SUV. This is brilliant, so I ordered both, the rack and transporter. A friend helped me with assembly, which was fairly easy. I was missing one spring and lever. I contacted Hitch-Pro and Richard responded that very day. The parts arrived three days later. I am impressed with the design and quality of the 33-65. O recommend this for all tricycle owners looking for a sensible way to get your trike moved. kudos,Richard and your team.

Richard, I sent you an email a couple of days after recently the Hitch Rack Pro trike rack and caddy documenting my complete satisfaction with your rack. I felt that the design is good and the assembly was straightforward and intuitive. As I am sure you probably know from previous emails I was very skeptical about the legitimacy of your company and product due to you being reluctant new to production. I was very afraid it was a scam. In today’s world scammers appear to be more prevalent than legitimate businesses. I was very WRONG. A stated I am totally satisfied. I took delivery of my Addmotor Trike a year ago and have searched for an adequate ramp since. Yours was the first one to be large enough for the trike and includes the built in ramp. I am 83 and cannot lift an 80 pound trike up on a conventional bike rack. The Caddy makes your product much easier to handle. Again a very good design.

Love it so far. Will take some pics in a few days & send in. The ramp solved my issue of not being able to lift the heavier trikes and get them on the other type.

The trike rack arrived within a couple of days with no issues. Assembly was easy with simple hand tools after watching the assembly video. I expect to get plenty of use not only with hauling trikes and bikes but just about anything I need to move. I would recommend this product.

I am very impressed with the Hitch Rack I purchased. It arrived on time, although the box was torn the rack was well protected and undamaged. I am really happy with the construction and rugged design. The ramp came unassembled, but even with my age of 72 and medical problems it was easy to assemble. The only suggestion I could make would be to include some instructions on how to put the braces on the ramp. I will recommend this product to other cyclist.

The first set of lights. Both didn’t work. You sent me another set. Only one works. I bought a set of lights. Both work.

I purchased the rack and the lift. The only issue is the removing the rack when I need to use the bed of my truck. I have to get uner my truck to remove the lock and the stabilizer bracket.

This product arrived more quickly than I thought it would, and I was out of town for a few days. I now have had chance to put it together but have not used it yet. It appears to be very well made and it arrived in excellent shape.

Received trike rack very fast, very well made, easy assembly perfect for hauling my Etrike around definitely recommended this trike rack!

I only got the carrier put together Saturday with the help of a friend, but was able to get it attached to my car with my trike on the carrier. The lift that I bought at the same time definitely helps with the process of loading the carrier on my vehicle and thusly helps getting the trike on and off.

Great products. Needed to substitute for supplied bolts to attach ramp struts-bolts supplied were too thick and prevented ramp from raising from carrier bed. Easily remedied with replacements from my workshop.

Model SD 32-65 is the first E-TRIKE carrier that is a way to transport my S 180 NARRAK wide tire E-TRIKE. Because it fits a void that the E-TRIKE community had, I give it 5 STARS!

I had a couple of issues for me. The bolts and nuts to put the 1 major pieces together didn’t come as shown in the video. The ones sent barely came thru to put on washer and the locking nut. Be prepared to tighten as it took all Ihad to get the bolt into the nylon part of the nut. Second issue they don’t mention is this is not a fit for all vehicles as I hadto add a drop hitch to even be able to get my trike to able to load. My ramp was about 2 inches from touching the ground and then rampwas so step it bottomed out. No mention of this on the website. The drop hitch made it work but that was an additional 60 dollar expense. The good part is with a little effort we can actually get 2 trikes folded on the rack. The next good part is that it rides very quiet on my hitch. Would I recommend this rack that answer is most definitely. The bolts and nuts I’ll check them when I load and if needed I’ll get the correct lengths for them. Lights work amazing as well. Richard did tell me he would check to see why factory changed the bolts and nuts.
