I am completely satisfied with your product as it was advertised. Holds the carrier well and I am able to line it up to put it on my suv by myself. It would be helpful to be able to lift it higher then your current model. I was able to overcome this by adding a lift to the wheel base by 4.5 inches. If you would like to know how i did it i would be more than willing to share. Lowering the hitch was not an option. Thank you, I would buy it again.
Adds a little more convenience and ease to putting our bike hitch on the back of the car--rather than being a usual 2-person job, one person can get it done.
Finally put my lift together. I love it. It is well built and now I can put my electric bike rack on my Jeep by myself. It’s perfect that I don’t have to lift it up or down. The rack does all that for me. Thank you so much for the genius idea.
