I am a 74 year old man who has reconnected with the joy of biking. However balance issues has lead me to the Triker. I ride mostly in my community, but have some great rail trails not far from home. I knew I needed some sort of special hitch rack to get there. I researched all available options and found there were few. Then I was watching Richard showing his new rack SD32-65. It had a ramp built right on as well as an available transporter to move the rack and a handy crank to bring the rack to the right height to attach to the 2” hitch on my SUV. This is brilliant, so I ordered both, the rack and transporter. A friend helped me with assembly, which was fairly easy. I was missing one spring and lever. I contacted Hitch-Pro and Richard responded that very day. The parts arrived three days later. I am impressed with the design and quality of the 33-65. O recommend this for all tricycle owners looking for a sensible way to get your trike moved. kudos,Richard and your team.

I recently ordered a Hollywood SportsRider ebike rack with Trike adapter. This allows me to haul both my ebike and etrike. The bike rack rack with trike adapter weighs close to 60 pounds. At my youth no problem but somehow I grew to the age of 71 and with the rack weight and alignment to the vehicle hitch along with the distance between back patio to the vehicle on the street the I needed way to transport the bike rack my vehicle and onto the hitch without asking help from a neighbor each time I loaded the bikes. With your Hitch Rack Pro I can easily transport and align the bike rack carrying an ebike and trike into the vehicle hitch by myself. Thank you for this bike rack transport and storage design that will enable my senior independence riding bikes in n my travels.

Richard, I sent you an email a couple of days after recently the Hitch Rack Pro trike rack and caddy documenting my complete satisfaction with your rack. I felt that the design is good and the assembly was straightforward and intuitive. As I am sure you probably know from previous emails I was very skeptical about the legitimacy of your company and product due to you being reluctant new to production. I was very afraid it was a scam. In today’s world scammers appear to be more prevalent than legitimate businesses. I was very WRONG. A stated I am totally satisfied. I took delivery of my Addmotor Trike a year ago and have searched for an adequate ramp since. Yours was the first one to be large enough for the trike and includes the built in ramp. I am 83 and cannot lift an 80 pound trike up on a conventional bike rack. The Caddy makes your product much easier to handle. Again a very good design.

Love it so far. Will take some pics in a few days & send in. The ramp solved my issue of not being able to lift the heavier trikes and get them on the other type.

The trike rack arrived within a couple of days with no issues. Assembly was easy with simple hand tools after watching the assembly video. I expect to get plenty of use not only with hauling trikes and bikes but just about anything I need to move. I would recommend this product.

My wife and I just reentered the cycling activity, she bought a fat tire bike and I got an etrike. To transport these to one of the scenic bikeways in our area, I modified a 72" Mockins carrier and bought a wide ramp and other bits from Amazon. The carrier weighs more than 80 pounds so the Rack Lift is the perfect tool to manage it! Quickly assembled and a breeze to use, the carrier is very stable and easy to maneuver. An essential part of our cycle equipment!

I purchased this lift for my rack not knowing if it could handle the weight and size. It’s one of the more popular racks sold in Utah and they weigh a ton and super annoying to take on and off. Now, I don’t hesitate to remove it and put it back on at will. The lift is very stable regardless of height of the hitch. Easy to put together and great customer service.

Installing the wheels and putting the hitch-holder bracket. Once I had it put together, I put my Thule Pro rack on it, rolled it over to the hitch on the Volvo XC90, raised it by turning the crank, and like magic, the rack was installed. Removal of the rack was just as easy, and then I was able to simply roll the rack lift including the rack over to the location where the bike rack is now out of the way and easily accessible. The rack lift is built to last and it’s perfectly engineered. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I am completely satisfied with your product as it was advertised. Holds the carrier well and I am able to line it up to put it on my suv by myself. It would be helpful to be able to lift it higher then your current model. I was able to overcome this by adding a lift to the wheel base by 4.5 inches. If you would like to know how i did it i would be more than willing to share. Lowering the hitch was not an option. Thank you, I would buy it again.

Finally put my lift together. I love it. It is well built and now I can put my electric bike rack on my Jeep by myself. It’s perfect that I don’t have to lift it up or down. The rack does all that for me. Thank you so much for the genius idea.

Im really impressed! I had a stroke 2 years ago that affected my balance and when I saw this it caught my eye. I had a dolly for my rack but still had to lift and try to get it in the hitch. This is so nice just to crank it up and push it right in with little effort and remove it easily and store in my garage. Thank you!
